  • Uploaded Documents: PDF files, text files, and images of contractor quotes, vendor invoices, receipts, and lease summaries uploaded for analysis.
  • Usage, Telemetry & Device Data: IP address, browser type and version, device characteristics, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, time spent, clicks, scrolling activity, session replays, and technical error logs.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To generate predictive cash flow calculations, capital reserve schedules, and asset lifecycle timelines.
  • To extract line items, pricing, and warranty terms from uploaded contractor documents via automated and machine learning processing.
  • To manage your subscription billing and provide customer support.
  • To measure website traffic and marketing performance, and to understand how visitors use our pages.
  • To monitor system uptime, diagnose bugs, and improve algorithm performance.

3. AI & Automated Document Processing

We utilize secure, enterprise-grade AI APIs (such as Google Gemini) to extract text and structure contractor quotes. Uploaded document payloads sent to AI processing endpoints are transmitted via encrypted channels and processed solely to return structured data to your account. We do not sell your proprietary property financial records or raw uploaded documents to third-party data brokers.

4. Cookies, Analytics & Session Replay

We use cookies, similar identifiers, and tracking scripts to analyze marketing performance, monitor website traffic, and understand how visitors interact with our pages.

Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC, to measure website traffic, conversion funnels, and engagement. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect usage information. You may request permanent deletion of your account and all associated property data at any time via the in-app settings menu or by contacting support. Upon account deletion, all associated property ledgers, asset tables, and stored documents are permanently purged from active databases.

We implement industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL in transit and AES encryption at rest) to safeguard your data. However, no electronic transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
